Storekeeper Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Food Purchaser should have knowledge of Reputed Vendors.
- Food Purchaser Should have all Food knowledge of parameters.
- Food Purchaser should have good Negotiation skills.
- Food Purchaser should have good relationship in the market.
- Food Purchaser good knowledge of MEAT Quality, Vegetables, Fruits, Rice, pulses etc.
- Must have knowledge of Computer Operations, Microsoft Office, Typing etc.
Requirements:
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
